Weight loss: The best and safest way to lose weight is to have small frequent meals and stay active. Keep track of the calories you may be drinking. Try to stick with water, don't drink your calories and don't skip meals. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with lean protein along with at least 30 min of exercise daily should give you fast and safe results
