Weight loss: I think 2 issues are critical to weight loss . calories needed, and exercsing 10,000 steps. i use BMR for calories needed and I always use the equation that does not correct for exercise because except in extreme athletes exercise burns slowly .For you it would be 1454 calories a day. and then walk 10,000 steps a day ( get pedometer ) Good luck! http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
