I experienced no fatigue after first dose of 10mg methotrexate. is it because i just started and it hasn't built up in my body, or maybe i won't at all?

Probably : Fatigue is one of the most common side effects. Most patients have pretty constant symptoms so it is possible you will not experience fatigue. It can but rarely do side effects accumulate with time.

Maybe u won't at all: The majority of my patients on Methotrexate do not complain about fatigue.

You may not!: But take it by injection. Far fewer side effects and cheaper!
