I was misdiagnosed late last year with ankylosing spondylitis, i was put on multiple disease modifying drugs including methotrexate - since then i have been bleeding nearly every day. i am feeling very fatigue despite stopping meds?

See doc ASAP.: Please go back to your doc or specialist to get checked because of your fatigue and bleeding. You need to get the bleeding controlled, and checked for anemia and iron deficiency. Get seen ASAP, hopefully within a week.
