Seek second opinion: Contrary to popular belief everyone has a hard time diagnosing 100% of the time. Another set of eyes never hurts :)

Mgt: You may have a middle or outer ear infection and bronchitis. Most bronchitic infections are viral and do not require antibiotics. If you have a fever, and the pain persists I would suggest being seen by your PCP. If it hurts to tug on the ear, an outer canal infection can be treated.
