Panic Attacks: The best treatment is to get the panic attacks in control with less intensity and frequency to hopefully none.This can be achieved by combination of meds and therapy to address all the symptoms and building coping techniques only benzo is not good idea to continue for long duration pl consult with a psychiatrist to have best treatment options.
