Varicocele: If this varicocele is not felt by your doctor on examination, rather only visible on sonogram, and your semen analysis is fine, the varicocele should not affect your fertility.

Probably not: Although things can always change, it sounds as though your varicocele isn't causing any adverse effects right now. I would follow your urologists recommendations.
