I think i may have a varicocele in my left testicle. i have a slight uncomfortable feeling on the left side. would this lead to infertility?

Possibly: 40 % of men with infertility have a varicocele as the cause. Often, the discomfort is associated with exertion (eg lifting/straining). Best to get a scrotal ultrasound without and with valsalva maneuver. Surgery would be the best tx option if confirmed by us.
