BRAIN REST: Brain rest is the one and only way to recover from a concusion. Brain rest means do nothing - you should sleep, lay back, relax and listen to very soft music. No going on the computer (like this), no cell phones, no texting, no reading, no computer games, no homework/schoolwork, no physical activity, no cleaning your room - nothing. Once symptom free, you gradually add activity back in. Rest!

Only time!: Take it easy, rest plenty and stay away from contact sport until you fell completely normal.
