Close observation: If the vomiting was after crying, may not be a problem. Vomiting, transient amnesia, loss of consciousness, change in behavior, excessive sleepiness are signs of concussion and intracranial bleed causing significant brain compression. These are the symptoms you monitor. Ice pack on the head may help.
