Continue follow up : Concussions, even without loss of conciousness, can produce significant effect and can require long periods of time to resolve. If you have done all of the proper imaging needed to evaluate need for surgical intervention then time, close followup, therapeutic interventions and appropriate expectations about recovery process may be all that is needed. Do not return to activity without clearance.
