Neck pain: It is certainly possible that the pain is related to your previous car accident . Cervical (neck) trauma from an acceleration deceleration force which is a typical injury pattern resulting from a motor vehicle accident can present in a delayed fashion. However, the pain can also be originating from other organic ( bodily) problems. If the pain persist i recommend that you see a physician.
