Whiplash: Whiplash is a common injury after a car accident. It may appear immediately or have a delayed onset. If symptoms are intense neck pain on any motion or arm symptoms it's worthwhile to consult a physician for evaluation,advice and treatment options including soft neck brace, muscle relaxant,anti-inflammatory medication and physical therapy. Neck xray or MRI may be ordered.

See a doctor ,: the sequel of such an incident are not determined by the initial degree of pain after a car accident, ..there are many possible damages in muscles and even bones that are not guessed to be present because the the discomfort soon after a car accident was mild and tolerable . the physician , specially when he is a specialist, can have a more realistic assessment of the present and later sequels .
