Unusual: Since acl surgery is focused on the knee, it is unusual that you would have foot pain. Common approach would be rest, ice, compression, and elevation but if no response get it checked.

Have it evaluated: You may be compensating and have abnormal presure distributuion that your body is not use to. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
