Getting ACL replacement surgery but i also have a sprained ankle. Can this cause any complications?

Depends: If your sprained ankle is a one time occurrence, it may not have any lasting effects, if the sprain was mild.
If you have had repeated sprains, or the ankle is unstable due to the sprain, then it may complicate your recovery.
