Depends: It depends on how you feel otherwise, are you able to drink and eat? How high is your fever? If you cannot get your fever down with tylenol, (acetaminophen) and Motrin if you can take it, or you cannot drink, you can get dehydrated. Many viruses cause symptoms like you are describing but so can some serious illnesses. Your next step would be an emergency room at a hospital, to see a doctor, since it is a holiday.
