Hold on!: Dentistry is really not a do-it-yourself kind of thing. Please seek professional help.

Only need one thing.: Not sure if you are serious or not? Only a dentist can diagnose the cause of your toothache and treat you. Taking otc pain medication may offer temporary relief but doesn't solve anything. A bicycle, car, taxi or bus can get you to the dentist for relief.

Not possible: It cost your dentist 4 years of his life and multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars to learn to diagnose the cause of "toothache", and to furnish and equip an office with the appropriate equipment and instruments to treat what is probably an infection. You can't get rid of it by taking a $0.07 pill. You might temporarily mask symptoms, but soon they will come roaring back. Call your dentist.
