Deep Breathing: Try deep breathing exercises well before hand. Inhale deeply through your nose and slowly fill you lungs(but not to point of discomfort). Hold for a five count and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat x 12. Please let your oral surgeon know about your worries before hand.

Talk to your surgeon: Most people do not look forward to having wisdom teeth removed. You should have a consultation with your surgeon to discuss what you are stressed about. Your surgeon and his or her staff will hopefully address your concerns and offer you options to make your surgery as comfortable and stress free as possible.
