See your Dentist: Get your teeth cleaned, cavities filled/restored and discuss bleaching when all is done. Use Fluoride to help prevent further decay.

SEE YOUR DENTIST: Teeth get yellowed by age, diet, medications and plaque. Cavities are result of chemical destruction by acid. Acid comes from your gut (gerd), plaque (bacteria convert sugar into acid) and diet (think: lemonade, carbonated and energy drinks). Dental cleanings and Fluoride will hlep to limit decay, but brushing does not prevent cavities if the diet is high in sugar and/or acid. Check medication too.
