Just the opposite: What's bad is not treating the infections. If you had an infection anywhere else in your body you would get it treated immediately so that there would not be any complications. You're in the 2nd trimester, an ideal time to have dental treatment accomplished. Go see your dentist now so that he can best help you improve your health and your baby's health.
