Toothbrush and floss: There is no magic to this. Brush twice a day for two minutes and floss. See your dentist for regular cleanings to remove calculus that is too tough to remove safely at home.

Brush and floss: Brushing and flossing at least twice a day as well as regular visit to your dentist will insure good oral hygiene. I recommend using a rotary toothbrush at home which does a good job at cleaning your teeth ( ask your dentist for a good brand ). In the meantime, stay away from sweets and acidic beverages that can erode your teeth.
