None, really: If your teeth are sensitive it could be from deep restorations or receding gums. For many patients, a toothpaste for sensitive teeth will help. In certain cases, your dentist can fabricate Fluoride trays and dispense professional strength Fluoride for your use. You can also limit yourself to foods that are neither too hot or too cold. Have your fillings checked.. You may have cavities.

Call your dentist: There are no home remedies. There are only pills, potions, and salves that mask the symptoms of your problem. They don't cure the problem. And as you're hiding the symptoms, the problem is getting worse. Sensitivity and pain can be caused by, among other reasons, gum disease (infection) with recession, split teeth, cavities (infection), bruxism, etc. Please call your dentist.

2 separate problems : 1. Toothache, see your dentist for exam, x-ray and treatment. No home remedy is applied. 2.Sensitive teeth, a few simple home remedies: Sensodyne tooth paste, avoid using hard-bristled toothbrushes and avoid hard foods. Also avoid or limit acidic items like sodas, tomatoes, oranges and lemons.
