Is there a good way to make teeth clean with braces also how to also make them look clean?

Good Hygiene: Using a rotadent electric toothbrush works great to clean the teeth. Hydrofloss is great to keep the gums healthy. Closys toothpaste and mouth rinse will make you mouth feel its cleanest. All of my patients with braces have a rotadent included with their treatment.

More work: Brushing and flossing with braces is more challenging and time consuming, but the payoff will be worth it when the braces are removed. Start by using a water pic to help flush out food particles around the braces and between the teeth. Then use floss threaders to get the floss under the braces and between the teeth. Then use an electric toothbrush, like sonicare or oral b to clean teeth.
