Dental hygienist: There are many products on the market to clean between your teeth. The best advise will come from your dental hygienist. She will help you find what tool will work best in your hands. This will vary between people. Find the tool that you will be able to use and use it every day.

Clean in between : There are water picks, air flosses, and new things are being developed all the time as the dental hygienist recommended, see your dentist as they see all types of mouths and conditions and will probably recommend the best thing for you-having been a hygienist before i became a dentist they truly are experts in helping your mouth become healthy.

Nothing: There are really nothing to replace flossing , all the technology out there can't replace it totally , might help ..But nothing compare to the old fashioned hand flossing..

Flossing: There are other things available that do a pretty good job when used properly, like a water pick, and air flosser, sonic flossers, soft picks, proxy brushes, go betweens, but i usually advise patients to use these as adjuncts and not exclusively. Those adjuncts by the way are great to use around bridgework where it is impossible to floss because the teeth are tied together.
