Maybe: If the glass went deep enough to damage one of the muscle or nerves in your foot, its possible. If not, more than likely you are compensating to avoid putting pressure on where the glass was in your foot. Changing the way you walk can cause an overuse of other muscles leading to cramping and aching. I would recommend seeing your local podiatrist to make sure there still isn't glass in your foot.
