Yes: Orthodontics can address all of your problems. It is a matter of severity of the problem, and possibly a maxillo-facial surgeon would be part of the team to treat your problems ideally if they are so severe. A lot can be done with conventional orthodontics. Get together with an orthodontist for a long consult and have all your questions answered. Good luck!

Yes it can: Yes, it can correct both of those problems. At your age, 41, however, there may be difficulty fully correcting the "overbite". Elastics may be used along with your braces to help the movements that are desired.

Yes but: It can, but it depends on the severity of your case and your age. Sometimes we need the help of oral surgeons to correct severe overbites especially in adults.
