No: When teeth are replaced with a bridge it will take som getting used to. However redness and a sore creek is not normal. It sounds like the bridge may be over contoured and need some adjusting. See your dentist.

Yes: The bridge is new and foreign to you. The mouth is sensitive. Use some warm salt water rinses and give it time. Keep it clean and if this persists go back to your dentist.
