A periapical tooth abcess is sepsis but I think it's localized in your case with no relationship to leg & foot pain. More description of this pain would help us give a cause for those symptoms. See your physician as needed.

Your immune system is working overtime to help combat the bony infection. Antibiotics will help mitigate the abscess until the tooth can be treated. Absence of fever, fatigue, normal BP & O2 levels are expected. Leg and foot pain not so much. Most likely a totally different issue.

Doubtful that your symptoms point to a single related cause. Probably unrelated. Continue with your Dentist's treatment recommendations (for example, if you are taking antibiotics do not stop). Call your General Physician and report your leg/foot symptoms.
