No: Webbed toes are a common genetic trait that is dominant ( only one gene required) but can skip a generation or express itself more or less in any affected person. If you have them your kids may or may not receive or express the gene by having webbed toes of any degree.

Some used to speculate that it was inherited, since family members often share the condition, but it is also common for only one member of a family to have webbed toes. Take prenatal vitamins if planning to get pregnant. Don't drink alcohol while pregnant.
