Yes: It is not unusual for babies to have a decreased appetite when they are i'll. Your baby's appetite will return to normal as the illness starts to resolve. Keep breast feeding as much as your baby wants. See your doctor if your baby's alertness drops, if increasingly fussy and inconsolable, or for poor breast feeding.
