See your doc: 38 c fever is not normal. See your pediatrician. 30 breaths per minute goes with the fever. You probably don't need to go to the er this minute, give her some tylenol (acetaminophen) and see the doctor in the morning, or go to an urgent care, whatever is available to you, don't wait more than 12 hours.

See below: The fever could be causing her resp rate to be elevated but what is more important is whether she looks like she is having any respiratory distress, increased work or breathing, or shortness of breath. 38c is 100.4 and not, by itself, considered a worrisome fever in a 2 yo. Over 39c is statistically more concerning alone for fevers in a 2 yo. Evaluate your child for these signs, if so - er now.
