What's its impact?: We live in a world of anxiety, and it's not uncommon to experience worry. Can you identify what you are afraid of, or is it a less specific sense of anxiety? Are the fears explainable given your circumstances? Most importantly, what impact is this having on your life? If it seems to be occupying more of your life/time, or if it has become distressing, talk to your doctor. Counseling/meds can help.
