Maybe: I don't know the dosage you are on, but the regular adult dosage is 500 mg every 8 hours. Have you antibiotics with a full 12-16 oz cup of water and try not to let you stomach empty. (several small meals during the day). Antibiotics irritate your stomach and intestines. The diarrhea can cause dehydration so drink a lot.
