Relaxaton techniques: Learn some relaxation techniques from a therapist who specializes in stress management. These include breathing techniques, guided imagery and muscle relaxation. Alternatively, meditation can work and there are many tools in a self help section in a book store to include meditation tapes and books.

Practice relaxation, meditation, guided imagery (you can google it); keep a diary of the events when you happen to be anxious -- what happened (the event), thoughts you had; things you've done to decrease anxiety; how you body responded (where did it feel in your body), find a therapist to help you through the process and build up more coping skills.
