Check with your doc: You may need more anti-inflammatory medciations. Check with your doc. Stress does usually not affect your lungs but you may need pulmonary function testing.

It is important to learn relaxation techniques (meditation or yoga) & spend time focusing on altering your response to situations/circumstances that generate anxiety.
