I had a pancolitis by using mesalazine (asa), a allergic reaction .could it be that this is the cours of my colitis? i used many years ibroprofen?

Unlikely: Mesalamine is used to treat a colitis that is already present, or to prevent colitis from recurring. Mesalamine can cause side effects, as do all other drugs. Rarely, some patients have increased intestinal symptoms when they take a Mesalamine compound.
