Hard to know: Toxoplasmosis is usually a major risk in pregnant women or immunosuppressed hosts. Many people have had it unknowingly (steak tartar, undercooked hamburger, cat litter, etc.) if you are concerned, wait about two weeks and undergo antibody testing.
