If someone becomes infected with toxoplasmosis by touching raw meat, and he then touches a cabinet, for example, can someone else also get it by touching the cabinet?

Toxoplasmosis is not transmitted by "touching raw meat". The risk (primarily for pregnant women) is in handling animal (usually cat) feces. Tf somehow someone's hands were contaminated with toxoplasmosis parasites, there would be little if any risk to others by contact with furniture or anything else in the environment.
