Depends: This depends on type of muscle problem, type of scoliosis, your age, type of curve, location of curve, magnitude of curve, gender. Based on these things it may be observed, braced or operated on. All the best!

Varies: There are two components to scoliosis treatment. One is based on the structural issues of the curve and the second is based on the symptoms a patient might have from their scoliosis. Structural treatment is based upon the age of the patient and the size of the curve. Symptomatic treatment is based upon how much trouble the person is having with their back and treatment options are multiple.
