Potentially: Possibly, scoliosis sually begins with a rotation of the vertebrae. This causes a rib hump, otherwise known as an asymmetric trunk rotation. There are also patients with neuromuscular conditions such as cerebral palsy that have muscular imbalance and can have scoliosis. Please consider being checked, a simple xray will definitively answer the question of whether or not you have scoliosis.
