Unlikely: "little scoliosis" may cause muscle spasm in a localized fashion. Unlikely to cause spasm in "whole body". But humans are unique and many things are possible. We have to focus on what is certain, then probable and lastly possible.

Scoliosis: Scoliosis is usually not painful unless severe. Curves greater than 50 degrees most commonly cause pain. Your scoliosis may actually be a result of muscle spasm (sciatic scoliosis). If that is the case, treat the muscle spasm, and the scoliosis may disappear. Treatment of muscle spasms includes pt, stretching, heat/ice, otc meds. But if persistent, md evaluation will likely help to determine cause.
