2 issues: The under bite would probably require orthognatic surgery to correct. Whether or not that really needs to be done is a question best decided after consultation with your dentist and possibly an orthodontic specialist to make sure there is a clear benefit to offset surgical risk. Tmd refers to symptoms from a troubled TMJ and can be addressed by a tmd focused dds or dmd.

Braces and Surgery: You need to see an orthodontist for an exam and let him or her advise you on the necessary treatment. If your class iii is due to excessive lower jaw growth or deficient upper jaw growth or a combination of the two, you would most likely need a combined orthodontic and surgical course of treatment. Hope this helps!

Orthodontics: For an underbite, sometimes orthodontic therapy alone is sufficient, however frequently orthognathic surgery will also be required.

Braces: If the underbite is mild then braces will correct this problem. However if it is severe, jaw surgery may be recommended. See an orthodontist.

Orthodontics: I would consult an orthodontist (preferable one who is board certified) to see what they think they can do for you.

See Orthodontist: Is your underbite dental, skeletal, or both. Your TMJ symptoms may be caused by your malocclusion. See an Orthodontic Specialist. An Oral Surgeon may also be required. Your problem is fixable, so check out your options by seeing a Pro.
