Unrelated?: I doubt the two are related, unless they are tension headaches. You might want to consult with your physician regarding the headaches. There are numerous medical conditions that can cause headaches. That does not mean that you shouldn't see your dentist for the usual follow-up evaluations after receiving new partials.

No...: I would check with your dentist to see if there is a problem. Perhaps the bite if off. Perhaps they are putting too much pressure on the teeth. Perhaps something else is going on.... Good luck with this.
