I just got my partial dentures wednesday and i keep getting headaches! is this normal?

Bite may be off: Have the dentist check the bite.

Unrelated?: I doubt the two are related, unless they are tension headaches. You might want to consult with your physician regarding the headaches. There are numerous medical conditions that can cause headaches. That does not mean that you shouldn't see your dentist for the usual follow-up evaluations after receiving new partials.

No...: I would check with your dentist to see if there is a problem. Perhaps the bite if off. Perhaps they are putting too much pressure on the teeth. Perhaps something else is going on.... Good luck with this.

No: Your bite may be off and this is creating an imbalance in your musculature which may be causing your discomfort. See your dentist for any adjustments.
