Partial denture: Work at it and keep trying. Otherwise she will have to see a dentist- preferably the dentist who made her the partial.

Call a dentist asap: If your aunt can't get the partial out, she needs to see a dentist to remove it and determine why it didn't come out. The partial needs to be removed so the supporting teeth can be brushed and flossed to keep teeth and gums healthy.
