At the age of 21 if my body releases hgh more than normal somehow can i grow taller?

Nope: Once you have gone through puberty and your body started making testosterone, the growing areas of the bones closed up shop. They will no longer respond to growth hormone. The same goes for girls, but it happens when they start making estrogen or get their periods.
