Height: It may be too late. This is a discussion you and your parents should be having with your pediatrician or family doctor. If they feel there is still room for you to grow the hgh may be an option. But, do not wait. Please get to the doctor's soon.

Possibly: If your short stature is related to delayed puberty, and your growth plates have not fused yet, then hormonal therapy with hgh might be helpful. If your growth plates have already fused, then hgh would not help you grow taller. I would check with your pcp. Good luck.

VERY UNLIKELY: Girls usually stop growing in height when puberty has finished. After you start your periods it is usually 1to3 years when you stop growing and the growth after the first period averages 1to3inches per year only. Your height is also dependant on your genes you inherited from your parents. Your bones growth plates close after your puberty is finished and there is nothing you can do to grow.

Not worth the effort: At a listed age of 20, you are long past the point when your growth centers have closed naturally. Once they close no amount of growth hormone or anything else will re-open them to further growth. Try to get comfortable with your size. Find a life coach/therapist to help you develop the skillset for enjoying being different. It will give you more peace than anything.
