Yes: In general, findings of side effects related to medications are found in trials of reducing and/or stopping the medications to determine links between medications and side effects. There are many different antidepressants to discuss with your primary care provider as alternatives, but as always, discuss with your PCP and balance the benefits (reduced depression) vs. the harms (RLS and PGAD).
