No worries: These medications for relfux (common brands like prevacid, (lansoprazole) prilosec, etc...) are called proton pump inhibitors and are virtually no risk to a breastfeeding infant. They are very unstable in an infants stomach and would have limited absorption. You can minimize any risk by breastfeeding and then taking your dose after. Watch for very loose stools in the baby.
