Which one is better for gastric ulcer, omeprazole or lansoprazole, in term of safety and efficiency?

Basically same...: While you will hear anecdotal stories that one worked better for someone than the other drug, a number of randomized clinical trials (gold-standard for science) found that they were equivalent, both with respect to safety and efficacy. I would initially choose the one that is less expensive for you to obtain.
