Good sleep hygiene: Increasing the quality of sleep may help. Eliminate stimulants (eg caffeine), avoid alcohol in the evening, use bedroom only for sleeping/sex, sleep in a dark quiet room, do not fall asleep watching tv or listening to music, do not take sleeping pills. If you spend more time in deep stages of sleep, the number of hours of sleep you need may be less. If you wake up feeling tired, sleep more.
